Responsibilities: OnTime Delivery: o Work on application support and maintenance projects using JAVA, J2EE, spring framework, AWS, S3, Cloud, Web services, XML, REST webservices o Support projects in 24x7 model, should be able to work in any shift, should be able to work in team o Analysing the root cause and providing necessary technical solution / work around o Contribute to debugging and coordinate/ support team members working in project o Work on the continuous, monitoring and application tools like ActiveMQ, Jira, Maven, Splunk, Jmeter, SOAP UI, etc is required o Work on databases like ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL o Should have knowledge on JMS, Unix, writing shell scripts, patch upgrades, version upgrades, installation/setup of VMs, any software installations/setup as required in the support environment and the code deployments o ITIL certified / knowledge of ITIL framework is required o Understanding and aware of Clustering, failover, DR is required o Candidates should be independent thinkers, thought leaders, good presentation and communication skills and great at solving problems Customer consulting: o Being available as per the shift time o Follow the required SLA timelines o Clarify the customer queries via email, chat and over phone o Following escalation process o Recommending automation, best practices proactively Adhere to compliance: o Organization policies and guidelines o Customer compliances and process Education: o BE/B.tech , ME/MTech , MCA, MSc o Good to have ITIL certification Work Experience: o Minimum 3 to 8 yrs. of experience in Application Support and Maintenance projects using JAVA, J2EE, spring framework, SOA, Web services, XML, REST webservices. o Should be ready to work in Support projects in 24x7 model, should be able to work in any shift, should be able to work in team o Having knowledge on AWS, S3, Cloud will have an added advantage o Should have good communication skills, coordination capabilities, debuging and analytical skills o Hands on experience in Unix and writing shell scriptsExperience of integration with o Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like TeamCity, GIT hub o Working experience on the continuous, monitoring and application tools like ActiveMQ,Jira, Maven, Splunk, Jmeter, SOAP UI, etc is required o Should be able to analyze issues and find the root cause and make the team to understand. o Working knowledge with databases like ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL o Should have knowledge on JMS, Unix, writing shell scripts, patch upgrades, version upgrades, installation/setup of VMs, any software installations/setup as required in the support environment and the code deployments o Understanding and aware of Clustering, failover, DR is required o Application support and maintenance in Mule ESB or any integration project is an added advantage o Good communication and interpersonal skills o Candidates should be independent thinkers, thought leaders, good pres
