Required functional skills / Needed Experiences
Very good knowledge: K2 blackpearl, K2 forms, K2 for SharePoint
Good knowledge: SQL Server implementation skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, etc)
Basic knowledge Windows Server (2012 and higher)
Basic knowledge Microsoft SharePoint 2016
Understanding of .NET (C#)
Understanding of various project methodologies as well as the software development cycle
Ability to discuss, document and present in workshops
A good understanding of process driven approaches and BPM in general
Being self-motivated as well as a team player
Strong in-person and written customer communication skills
Ability to prioritize work assignments and adapt to department needs or business goals
