Job Title: KYC/SIM SWAP COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Location: OPEBI, IKEJA
Job Type: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Checking the quality of all KYC registrations daily for NCC KYC Compliance and data generation and operational reporting on the daily report requirements for Customer Experience
. Provide daily/weekly/ monthly report based on the data analysis.
o Tracking of fraudulent registration kits
o Reduce the poor data quality of KYC registrations received from the field to impose stiff penalties on agents found to be making fraudulent and poor quality registrations.
REQUIREMENTS
· HND/Bachelor’s degree
· Not more than 30 years of age
· Relevant experience in the Call Center is an advantage.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Candidate must have Completed NYSC.
o Candidate must reside around Opebi Ikeja or it’s environs
o Computer Literate
