JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: One of the world largest ophthalmic companies. The company manufactures lenses for eyeglasses for eye protection and solutions to correct the eyesight.
Position: Korean Accounts Payable
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 (Basic: Php 55,000 - Php 65,000)
Location: Alabang
Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends off)
Work setup: Hybrid (with Laptop)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Korean Speaker currently living in the Philippines
- Open for Filipino proficient in English and Korean
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, any related course
- With experience in Accounts Payable
- With experience in ERP system
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in processing invoice of partner companies and employees
- Responsible in checking expense report against receipts
- Minimize the number of invoices not accounted in the system
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Coordinate with supply chain team
