Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate for a senior development role will perform the following responsibilities:
1.Be able to communicate effectively with our international clients, understand their requirements and suggest solutions to coding and product problems. Also be able to communicate with them effectively on a day to day basis for all kinds of work.
2.Mentor and lead a team of developers.
3.Help improve our internal processes and identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
4.Take up system analysis, design, documentation responsibilities, and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analysis and PR reviews.
5.You will lead developers. All necessary support will be provided for the smooth operation by us. You will keep track and review existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
6.Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
7.Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarise oneself and also quickly learn new Soft-ware/frameworks/ languages/ technology with ease. Learning resources will be provided.
8.Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.These are basic requirements.> Server-Side ProgrammingExtensive WordPress experience (6+ years).Has experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins.Has experience with multiple projects in WordPress and also has experience with admin management (wp-admin).Core PHP and Object-oriented programming using PHP.
