Job description
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Empanel Trainers, Training companies and Vendors.
• Analyse and understand client challenges and training needs identification through context calls, meetings, forms, shadowing, observations, development centres etc.
• Coordinate with the training team and handling the pre-requisites of the training sessions.
• Align training calendars based on business needs and coordinating with trainers and conducting execution plans.
• Understand, design and develop content, teaching-learning material, hangouts using various software.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, conduct post training surveys and support learning by creating sustenance plans.
• Develop materials, resources, events, and other activities in line with social content creation standard methodologies.
