Your role, very simply put, is to work with the Founder, Product & Tech teams to build this,

to plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Requirement and translate them into a Business Product

• Familiar with Architecture and System Design for Scalable & Distributed

Applications

• Mentor Junior Developers, Participate in Code Review

• Help resolve technical problems as and when they arise

• Carry out testing procedures.

• Assess and address technical risks.

• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

• To contribute to the development of product technical design.

• To guarantee product quality.

• To ensure teams make progress, doing regular stand ups, scrum meetings and

running tech sprints.

• To coach IT teams and train new hires.

Experience:

• 5-8 years’ experience with hands-on experience in designing, developing,

testing and deploying large scale applications in any javascript framework.

• Experience in MERN Stack is a must

• Good experience in NodeJS and willing to learn other technologies.

• Data modeling experience in NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).

• Working knowledge on REST Services, Caching, CI/CD pipelines.

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, TDD and Automation

• Passion for learning new things and solving challenging problems.

• Experience with any agile tools like atlassian, rally, click up etc

• Past experience in DevOps and working with Cloud technology

• Past experience designing software architecture

• Previous experience working in agile methodology and related PM tools for example Atlassian, Rally, Clickup Asana etc
