Job Description

Responsibilities: Maintaining, managing, and updating performance database Publishing all performance dashboards to stakeholders Analyze data and make recommendations that maximize operational effectiveness, efficiency and client satisfaction ID management, tools management and effective people management Proactive management of queues ensuring optimal service levels and Handle times Manage daily, weekly, monthly and on-demand reporting Requirements : Must be adept in MS – Excel Written and spoken communication English skills that allow to inform and advise supervisors clearly Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to offer solutions at all levels of leadership Willing to stretch the day and week to meet deliverable's as per business requirement Eagerness to take initiative and act for the benefit of the business rather than waiting for instructions. Ability to take the stress and manage demands from multiple levels. Should be able to showcase aptitude to Learn, execute and a strong desire to complete given tasks
