Business Planningand PnL -Responsiblefor Launch, Penetration and Market Share acquisition Plan,Year on Year Plan, Value Chain and Profitability
Marketing Strategy & planning-Development and execution of annual marketing strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets-including product range management, new product briefs, key campaigns and budgets,Partner with the Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives & trade related activities, Deliver on Market shares & business goals
Content and creative strategy-conceptualization and execution of campaigns, photo shoots, videos, social media pages, influencer tie-ups, blogs, PR articles,Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan
Media Planning & Evaluation-Driving penetration and brand awareness through a combination of influencer marketing, digital, PR, visibility, on-ground activations,Planning ATL & BTL communications, developing merchandise.
NPD & Innovation -Develop a clean innovation funnel & work with cross functional teams to deliver on same, Leading the cross functional teams to develop and launch the innovation pipeline of SKUs Team Leadership -Provide leadership and direction to a team & ensure that they are effectively deployed for achieving the business goals, MS goals and profitability goals of the assigned category
