Marketing Officer

Job Description

Operational Manager:

• Visit schools and maintain regular follow-ups in regards to operations and maintenance
• Coordinating with schools, maintenance as well as HO and creating daily and monthly report of every school
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base
• Research consumer needs and identifies how our solutions meet them
• Meet potential clients, shoe demos, and close the deals
• Train, Coach and Monitor the sales department
• Motivate and lead the sales team to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
