Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop the best available solutions utilizing MS Dynamics 365 Power Platform, PowerApps, Azure, and more.
• Work on large enterprise solutions, for projects of national importance within the Government
• Configuring and customizing D365 CE first-party apps like sales, customer service, Field service
• Support and maintain multiple Dynamics 365 enterprise-level solutions maximizing configuration where possible
• Maintain tasks using Jira toolset in a collaborative environment
• Work within a team to meet service level targets & quality standards

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in building Dynamics CRM solutions online or on-premise.
• Wide knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM product and its User Interface elements/components.
• Managing Dynamics 365 integration with Azure services
• ASP. NET, Web Services, C#, SQL Server, XML, jQuery, and Web Service experience
• JavaScript, jQuery experience.
• CRM API / SDK knowledge and 3rd party solutions integration experience
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization including the development of plugins, workflows, web resources, security, and Portal development.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSRS, Fetch XML, and SSIS Package
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems
• Client facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Higher Education

Preferred Skills:

• D365 and Power Platform certifications
• Portal Connector development/configuration experience and Unified Service Desk
• SharePoint integration experience
• AngularJS, Bootstrap experience
• Experience troubleshooting IP network issues
• Knowledge of HTTP & HTTPS protocols
• Experience with software monitoring and performance tools
• Experience delivering to Government customers
