Job Description

Job Description Sales Head-:

  • Responsible for entire region, Targets, achievements and cost.
  • Do coordination with principle at regional level.
  • Solve all cases those not possible by BDM, Team Leader, Sales manager and area agents.
  • Responsible for sales, collection, operations and central team co-ordination for sales head, sales staff, team management.
  • Need to be develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goal
  • Manage the sales teams, operation and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Direct the field’s team in generating proposal that define a clear path to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Required skills and qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Motivational speaking experience
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota

Qualification & Skills

  • Sales should have knowledge in Crypto.
  • MBA and above degree.
  • Should be Sales & Marketing / Network Marketing / LML Experienced 
  • The to 5 to 10  years proven track record in business sales or related market
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
