Non-Voice / Non-IT Contact Monitor/Reviewer
Any Degree -B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, B.Pharm, BZC etc. (No B.Tech No Masters Degree❌)
Package: 2.5 Lakhs Per Annum to 3.5 Lakhs Per Annum , fresher.
Two way cab and Free Food provided.
Decent communication is a must.
By regularly monitoring sites like Yelp, Google, and TripAdvisor along with native reviews on their eCommerce websites.
have to quickly identify problems with their products or customer service and take steps to address the issues that customers have raised.
