Position: OPT/CPT/W2 Recruiter

Experience: 1-7Years of relevant experience

Work Location: Noida 62 (Onsite)

Shift: Night shift (7:30PM to 4:30AM)

Job Description:

• A qualified candidate must have at least 2 years of proven US IT Staffing market.
• Strong experience in hiring OPT/ USC/ GC/ EAD candidates from Job portals, Universities, Social Networking sites and other sources.
• Should have some understanding about the hot IT skills in the market.
• Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology training & Maintaining database of OPT candidates. Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the OPT candidates for online training/ Classroom Training/in-house project/ client project.
• Should be able to get OPT/H1B Transfer/ Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals. - Maintaining active database of OPT candidates.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Looking for an aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
• Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring. Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench.
• Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
• Maintaining active database of OPT candidates.
• Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
• Expertise in university posting.
• Use social networks and research to build internal database and recruit passive candidates.
• Address the consulting needs of a major client account. Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
• Must be high knowledge on LinkedIn sourcing, Calling to consultants.
• Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time.
• Must possess appropriate level of computer literacy.
• Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or Human Resources degree.
• A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
