JOB PROFILE

(Office Coordinators, Multi-Tasking Staff)

Key Highlights:

e) Short-term contractual job position for 90 days

Job Profile:

a) Handling internal bucket of emails and responding them

b) Manage Microsoft Outlook accounts

c) Create/Edit manuscripts when required

d) Sorting of important documents within the premises

e) Handling calls in Hindi language if asked to do

f) Listing outward and inward folio of the incoming and outgoing communications

g) Managing both written and verbal communications with clients

Payout:

a) $6 - $7 per hour (Maximum 8 hours a day)

b) Payment in bank voucher in temporary prepaid card issued by the employer

c) Payment released every 10th day from the begin of the contract

d) Leave payout will be given by recruiter and not the employer ($40 for every 10 days)

e) Food and Accommodation cost reimbursed if not opted for ($60 for every 10 days)

IMPORTANT: The recruitment decision is solely based on combined decision taken by the recruiter and employer. In case of any complaints and grievances only CEIB Recruitment will be the final authority to sort out the things. In case an employee cancels his/her contract within 90 days due to any of the reasons, the return air-ticket will not be provided by the employer or the recruiter. The employee will strictly follow the norms and regulations as laid by the government in his/her Visa terms during their stay in United Arab Emirates. Visa Application charges around $95 - $105 is to be borne by the applicant which will be refunded by the recruiter upon arrival.
