Role Summary:
Accountable for meeting the Sales targets, attending to customers queries, timely resolution of their problems, improving customer satisfaction
Product description on website and provide details over calls
Improving market share
Timely processing of customers’ orders
Coordination with various internal functions to ensure timely dispatch of ordered material to customers
Ensuring product specs are updated on the website
Analysis of potential customers, approaching them in a timely fashion to close potential deals.
Handling back end operations to support sales and after sales services.
Competencies:
Passion for sales, a self-starter with high initiative, good communication skills and technical understanding of the product, good negotiations and persuasive skills.
Preference to those with experience in online sales of multiple engineering components /parts to domestic and international customers.
