Operations Manager Banking

Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating area-specific strategies to achieve corporate targets including but not limited to sales of Business Loan Products, credit evaluation and investigation, collection, recovery management, area expansion and account management.
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Operations Manager from Financing, Lending, NGO Cooperative, Institutions or relevant role
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Goal Oriented
• Can do Attitude
• Can start ASAP
