Role: Oracle Database Admin

Location: Cork, Ireland

Language Preference, if any: English is must.

Job Description:

• 6+ years of relevant experience on Oracle & SQL databases
• Installing and maintaining the Oracle database software.
• Creating storage database structures with high-level security features.
• Installing and configuring Oracle RAC across DCs
• Setting up database user accounts.
• Training users on how to access the information in the database.
• Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
• Creating autonomous database backups.
• Regularly updating the database security protocols.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours
• Resource will be working on Transition & Steady state operations
• managing the team and coordinating on KT with offshore team
• Should have experience on managing the client on any escalations
• Maintain the good relationship with client manager to grow the account
• Strong leader ship qualities & situation management skills.
