Techno-Functional Consultant– HCM

• Candidates having good Knowledgein HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Should have 3 to 5 Years’ Experience in Oracle HCM
• Should be able to handle independently
• Should have the Knowledge in Oracle Fusion
• Should have Implemented the 2 to 3 Projects in HCM
• Minimum 1-2 ProjectsOn-Site Experience with GCC Countries Knowledge
• GCC Payroll Implementation is Mandatory
• Important Modules are Core HR/Payroll/SSHR. Remaining Modules are added Advantage
• Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, customer handling capabilities
• Should be Proactive and have analyticalthinking abilities.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as a Team Lead.
• Proficient in documentation and well versed with MS-Word,Excel, Power point
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the latest businessapplications.

Willingness to travel abroad.
