Job Description

Facility Management – Facility management by ensuring overall production as per month plan, staff, compliances, safety and Hygiene, compliances are always met.

 Production and Inventory Planning – Overall Month Inventory for RM, PM, Machineries, Labor Requirement, Production Batch and timelines, Planning and Execution

 Labor team Productivity Management – Labor Skills development by doing regular Training and sessions to promote best practice for the job, Labor Productivity management by planning timely shifts and quality output.

 Production and MIS – Production target achievements as per requirement to avoid opportunity loss, Daily reports on Inventory, Packaging Material, Processing, Finished Goods, Dispatches and Stock in Hand New SKU Lines – New Sku lines and Shift planning with advanced timelines.

The Successful Applicant Should have major experience as Production Manager for FMCG brands, must have experience managing Labor team, Candidates from Dry Fruits and Dates preferred
