Experience : 5-8 years

Location : Any Virtusa office India

* Experience with payment gateway integration, PCI compliance.
*  Payments Industry thought leader with at least 12+ years of Industry experience
  *   Strong Experience in E2E cards processing  Issuing, Acquiring, chargeback, origination, dispute management and Settlement.
  *  Knowledge of payment gateway api's and integration to ACS, MPI, cart API integration,
  *   Have knowledge of PCI compliance process and evaluation for online payment.
  *  Experience in working with emerging payments, -Digital wallets Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa/ MC tokenization services, Cloud bases payments, blockchain.
  *   Experience working with Visa/ MC, PLCC, Co-branded, Merchant Loyalty programs and digital currencies.
  *   Hands on experience in building and integrating with mPOS, POS, Switches, Clover, payment gateways and Payment Hubs
  *  Experience with gateway products not limited to Paypal, Mastercard ePG, Visa cybersource , PayPoint, Payeezy, Worldpay, Verifone, IPG etc
  *   Hand on experience working with microservices/ API's, open banking and Card aggregator models.
  *   Ability to manage large complex projects and liaise with senior stakeholders, technical architects to business stakeholders on the projects,
  *  Experience on working with all type of devices & Operating systems- Mobile, Tab all sizes.
  *   Has entrepreneur spirit with ability to adopt & adjust quickly to grow the fast-changing payments environment.
  *   Ability to innovate and rapidly build solution accelerators, MVP & frameworks to drive nonlinear growth.
  *  Client facing, and presentation skills are a must
  *  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with product team, development team and the management team.
  *  Aware of technology trends like AI/ML, robotics, cloud etc and its Impact to Payments
  *  Analyse information from varying perspectives, establishes the pivotal element of an issue and reaches a logical conclusion through the process.
