Job Description

Research and development

• Conduct research to discover new drugs and treatments.
• Design and run experiments to test drug safety and effectiveness.
• Analyze data from clinical trials and laboratory work.

Production and manufacturing

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Follow detailed production records and document all processes.
• Weigh, measure, and dispense components for production.
• Inspect equipment for safety and accuracy.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulations. 

Clinical and patient-facing roles

• Dispense medications according to prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, benefits, and side effects.
• Communicate with physicians to ensure accurate dispensing.
• Work in hospitals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
