About Process :

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization leveraging practices from Project Management
• Role requires applicant to design and develop BI Dashboards to provide better insights into Data and develop SQL based solutions
• Requires wide knowledge over Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Developing SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Complex queries and Transformations
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, analyze and provide solutions to bring performance improvements.Design, build and deploy BI solutions, maintain and support data analytics platforms
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Skilled in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the proposed requirements
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as and when needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance with good Governance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirement :

• Overall 7+ years of experience in Project Management with ~4 - 5 years’ experience in Power BI / Data-warehousing and SQL Server (Power BI + SQL expertise is a must)
• Strong in writing complex SQL queries and procedures to extract data.
• Strong in Advanced Excel, Macros and complex MIS computations.
• Strong experience in Power BI implementation, RLS and Architecting experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Data Modelling
• Extensive experience in Developing Visual Reports, KPI Scorecards and Dashboards using Power BI.
• Connecting multiple data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.Analytical thinking for transforming data into informative reports and visuals.
• Should have an edge over using DAX in Power BI.
• Expert in using advanced level calculations on the data set.
• Efficient in design methodology and project documentation.
• Must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the Client Teams and document themVery strong in project management fundamentals.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages
• Project Management Methodology (SDLS / Agile).
• Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, RLS, Data Modelling
• Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSIS, SSRSMS Project
