Product Owner

Job Description

We are hiring Senior Product Owner role.

Purpose :

Manages the complete product-to-market lifecycle while coordinating with both internal & external stakeholders 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Define the short-term and long-term product vision while continually assessing the provider needs, HCP needs, market trends, competitive opportunities while aligning the product strategy with business & marketing strategy 

2. Capture user stories, draft MRDs and PRDs to have comprehensive product plan in order to define the scope for each version of the product 

3. Prioritize product development initiatives to match the pace of business growth and define the benchmarks for feature economics, usability and performance 

4. Manage the product launches, releases, feature enhancements, customer onboarding initiatives and support documentation to accelerate the GTM initiatives and to drive product adoption 

5. Constantly improving the self-service capabilities of the platform for both providers and HCPs in enabling them to achieve their objective

Traits & Qualifications:

• Highly passionate to build products which solves real problems of real people 

• High attention to detail, customer centric and having all the ears to the ground 

• Proficient in product management, project management and team management in working with cross-functional teams in delivery of new product/service 

• Hands-on experience in defining MRDs, PRDs and working closely with engineering team to manage the production, testing and release cycles 

• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and quantitative skills to manage various stages of the product life cycle 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computers and/or Business 

• At least 2+ years of experience as product manager, preferably for any online service marketplace or similar products/service
