About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Packaging Operative to join a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Co. Tipperary. This role is ideal for candidates who have previous experience working on pharma or GMP-regulated packaging lines, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.
 

Key Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated and semi-automated packaging line equipment.
• Carry out line changeovers and equipment setup in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and production standards.
• Record all production and batch information accurately and in real time.
• Identify and escalate equipment issues, deviations, or quality concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
 

Requirements
• Previous pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing/packaging line experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns (shift allowance applies).
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
