Program Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage and oversee a critical cloud migration project. The Program Manager will have to mentor and work closely with geographically distributed teams to deliver within agreed timelines.       

Key Skills/Knowledge:  

• Manage the cloud migration program end to end with periodic updates to all stakeholders on progress status.
• Program governance and manage overall deliverables.
• Communication to all stake holders during for all stages of the migration.
• Working closely with Application SMEs, DBA, infra structure teams and a variety of end users to ensure successful migration and user satisfaction.
• Understand the project scope, work with stakeholders for server’s wave preparation for the cloud movement.
• Ensure that all the Documentation process agreed by the customer process are adhered to.
• Follow Agile framework prescribed by the customer.
• Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver the project in agreed timelines.
• Mentor and oversee over all progress.

Experience Required:  

• The associate should possess very strong experience working in similar streams with the knowledge on Insurance and experience handling larger project.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams is an added advantage.
• Cloud knowledge and cloud project experience is mandatory.
