What we need           
We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead.   
 
Key Responsibilities:  
We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to lead and support the application team in a critical cloud migration project. They will be support migration planning, execution and post migration activities.           
 

• Assist in filling the various Questioners and participate in assessment meetings
• Participate & understand the Target state application deployment architecture
• Perform Data Analysis , identify shared infrastructure components, Create logical PODs, Review with stakeholders and obtain approvals
• Participate in Bundle Design Review Sessions (BDR) and clarify the application related questions.
• Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors for support and testing and cutover activities.
• Analyse firewall/VPN rules and coordinate with Infrastructure partner for Network and Firewall requests.
• Submit Source Code scan and app scan request and application SSA refresh.
• Support Quality Assurance efforts - Review test cases with testers ;  Test data setup and run the batch Jobs in non-prod environments.
• Troubleshooting for any issues; Coordinate with interfacing teams and Test application interfaces (not detailed functional testing) in the non-prod regions.
• Relevant stakeholder communication for application go-live schedules, outages, updates, etc.
• Perform Application verification after migration and submit the test results.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities during migration.
• Communicate to relevant IT/Business stakeholders on migration status.
• Provide hyper-care post implementation support (e.g., support stabilization, issue resolution).

• GEAR and CMDB updates.
• Data archival and application decommission routines for workloads migrated to Cloud.
• Updating DRP document, DR execution scripts, DUC and SPC.
• Follow Agile framework prescribed by the customer.
• Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver the project in agreed timelines.

Key Skills/Knowledge & Experience Required:  

• Production Support Experience & Application management, Project Delivery
• Very Strong experience working as Delivery Lead and managing multi technology Applications
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams is an added advantage
• Cloud knowledge and cloud project experience is added advantage
