About the Company: The company was founded in 1989 and continues to be a family business. We are a manufacturer of technically advanced equipment for the HVAC industry. We use innovative technologies in the areas of design research, production and logistics. We offer highly standardized air conditioning, ventilation and heating devices.

Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities / Skills:

Required Candidate Profile:

1. Preferred only Malayalee Candidates.

2. Qualification B.E Mechanical is a must.

3. Candidates should be from Manufacturing Background.

4. Work from the Office.

5. Must have good communication skills.

6. Candidates must have experience in import and export.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Procurement department in handling day-to-day operations.

2. Streamline Procurement activities and create a positive working environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.

3. Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.

4. Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.

5. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

6. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.

7. Mentor and guide the support departments.

8. Knowledge on finalizing freight for export.

Languages: English and Malayalam (Mandatory)

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in Manufacturing

Qualification: B.E in Mechanical

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred / 15 Days Max.

Job/Work Location: Hoskote, Bangalore

Salary Offered: Upto 6L PA / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.
