Job Description

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. 

 

Employee Relations:

Manage employee concerns, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. 

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages to employees. 

 

Training & Development:

Identify training needs, design development programs, and support employee career growth. 

 

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies. 

 

HR Systems & Policies:

Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives. 

 

Workforce Planning:

Contribute to strategic workforce planning and talent management to support future business needs. 

 

Employee Data Management:

Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure employee records. 

 

Key Activities 

 

  • Recruitment: Posting job ads, managing interviews, and developing job descriptions.
  • Onboarding: Overseeing the integration process for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Executing performance appraisals and providing feedback.
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing employee issues and facilitating resolutions.
  • Data Analysis: Using HR metrics to report on HR activities and support decision-making.
  • Exit Interviews: Conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for employee turnover.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management. 

 

  • Empathy: The ability to listen actively and provide supportive counsel to employees. 

 

  • Ethical Conduct: Maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical leadership.
