QA Engineer

Job Description: As part of the IT organization, you will join the Software Quality Assurance team and work closely with Product Owners, DevOps, Backend and Frontend Developers to ensure we always deliver the best experience to our users. Responsibilities: • Ensure that anomalies are detected as early as possible while allowing teams to iterate quickly and frequently. • Collaborate with Product Owners to design user acceptance test cases. • Share knowledge, experience on test-related subjects and work closely with other members of the team, especially developers. • Create, implement, extend and update automated tests (functional, performance…) • Think out-of-the-box and come up with unanticipated test scenarios using exploratory testing techniques. • Advocate for quality at all stages of the product development cycle. • Provide constructive feedback on the overall user experience by putting yourself in the shoes of a real customer. • Execute manual and automated test cases. • Keep up to date with the QA industry’s best practices, tools, and techniques. • Continuously look for ways to improve the Quality Assurance processes. Skills & Experience required: • First experience in Software Quality Assurance • Experience with a software programming language (JavaScript, PHP or C# would be a plus) • Experience automating tests (Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Docker, K6, Postman…) • Experience with CI/CD tools (Gitlab CI, Azure Pipelines...) • You love technical challenges and problem-solving • You have a passion for quality and good attention to details • You’re a good team player • Full professional English proficiency, French or Portuguese would be a plus
