What we need           
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
The QA Lead will be responsible in driving testing activities for a cloud migration project.            

• Manage testing related deliverables and tasks for this cloud migration project.
• Defines and communicates the overall test strategy for the project.
• Manages all test processes, Including test plans, Test design, Test Execution, Performance testing, Automation testing, Test reporting and Sign off as per AIG DQ standards.
• Working closely with Application SME’s, Application management team, Application ASM’s, Migration and Program Teams for Wave Wise testing activities planning and execution.
• Reviews of the testing activities to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Presenting status reports to DQ and program management as per agreed timelines with testing progress updates and Risks/issues.
• Sharing Wave wise Test execution and sign Off reports with the relevant stakeholders.
• Mentoring, Building and leading the Testing Team to the success of project.

Key Skills/Knowledge & Experience Required:  

• The associate should possess very strong experience working in similar streams with the knowledge on Insurance and experience with handling migration projects.
• Experience with leading Functional, Automation and performance teams.
• Experience with Test Management tools like Rally, JIRA or ALM.

Experience working with geographically distributed teams is an added advantage
