- Should possess talent of taking references from their links in industry when it comes to sourcing a profile.
- Should be able to understand clients need and screen profiles accordingly.
- Should hold experience in working multiple positions in a day as per demand and guide a team if needed.
- Should have great presence of mind when it comes to screening a profile.
