Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitments productivity as per management guidelines
- Having complete understating of requirements from client
- Allocation of requirement with team as per the team strength
- Followup with team for candidate joining
- Need to ensure recruiter to collect documents for on boarding
- To extent support to recruiter by increasing data bank & footfall
- Enhance the recruiter productivity by mentoring & coaching
- Keeping track of sourcing fees invoice
- Participate in job fairs and career events, Campus placements
- Any other work assigned time to time
