financing.
 Analyze financial data, business models, and risk factors to ensure sound credit decisions
 Manage and mentor a team of credit analysts across the region
 Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align credit policies with business goals
 Monitor portfolio health, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulator
requirements.
 Conduct periodic reviews and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies
Required Skills:
 Strong understanding of credit analysis in the commercial vehicles/automotive finance sector
 Excellent financial modeling, risk assessment, and decision-making skills
 Team management and stakeholder collaboration abilities
 In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulatory frameworks
Qualifications:
 Graduate, MBA in Finance/CA or equivalent qualification
 Proven track record in regional credit management or similar roles
