Job Description

Position: SAP HCM Consultant ( Functional ) 

Yrs of exp - 8 to 10 years            

Marathi speaking candidate is required. 

Project Location & Base location - Pune 

It is a client facing role. 

Minimum 5 end to end implementation projects 

Gender - Open

Salary - 20 LPA

Description:

• Solve support tickets in SAP HCM.
• Maintains the information about the workforce of a company & keeps the integration working w. workforce and other components (e.g. Finance, Project System, etc.),
• Work on projects within an AMS context. These can be both big & small. Examples of recent new projects are Payroll implementations, GDPR (SAP ILM) implementation, Time redesign, etc.
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
• Support clients in defining and documenting HCM business processes
• Design solutions using standard SAP and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills.
