We are hiring for SAP HCM payroll Consultant with our client for a contract role.,
Position - SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant Germany
Location - Germany, Remote work from home
THE ROLE
As an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant Germany, you will be key in ensuring all client configuration requirements are correct. You will have ownership for the technical and functional implementation of client projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional work-streams to provide support and guidance for data migrations and operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS
· Demonstrate exceptional SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration experience in German Payroll
· Have extensive experience leading a project team delivering SAP Payroll implementations for country specific clients
· Have an exceptional understanding of country specific Payroll legislation and practices · Have experience in a consulting role within a payroll technology environment
· Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and have an eye for detail
· Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
· Be a natural communicator and have the ability to build successful relationships with clients and teams
· Have excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
We need a candidate with German and English Language.
Very good and senior knowledge for German Payroll within SAP On Premise Someone, who already has implemented it.
Skills in customizing, Schemes & Rules, process knowledge regarding the payroll processes and skills for consulting and to align with different teams
and with good communications skills.
