Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow development, a strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, and the ability to create custom workflows and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop custom ServiceNow workflows and integrations with third-party applications.
• Create and modify ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables, and manage the Service Catalog.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and UI components.
• Implement security and access control within the ServiceNow platform.
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and change control documentation.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and functionalities to suggest improvements and optimize usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow development.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard configuration.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
• Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).

• Knowledge of Service Portal design and customizations.
• Understanding of cloud computing and familiarity with AWS or Azure integrations.
