SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Job Description

The Work:

You will work closely with the CEO and COO to develop the new software from scratch. You'll design, build and configure a software to meet business process and serve as a CRM. Implement Web Application Solutions for various transactional or storing customer data cases  

• In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects.

• Ensure milestones are being met and projects are on-track.

• Proactively work with our CEO to identify upcoming development needs.

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET, SQL & MVC technologies (not sure if this is relevant)

• Test and deploy applications and systems

• Revise, update, refactor and debug code

• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Participate in requirements analysis

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET, SQL & MVC technologies

• Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications

• Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems

• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements

• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance

• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to software products

• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience working on Web Application Development  

• Proficient in Service-Oriented Architectures and applying Front-End Development libraries either Angular or React

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a software

• Must have in-depth professional working experience with PHP, JavaScript, and Laravel 8

• Should be an expert at Linux Command line  

• Self-starter that requires little oversight to get the job done

• Deep knowledge of technologies like HTML/CSS will be an advantage

• Strong portfolio with at least 3 real web applications by independent work, need to present or the applications, better include 1 design of App

• Understanding of UX design principles

• Good communication skills

• Experienced in Design Tools such as: Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator…), Figma, Axure and etc.
