Position:- Sr US IT Recruiter 

Required Experience:- 3 to 7 years

Mode of work:- Work From office

Location:- SomajiGuda, Hyderabad

shift timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (night shift)

Job Description
* 3+ years of prior experience in US IT Recruiting as a Technical Recruiter
* Full life cycle of the US staffing business.
*  C2C/W2  experience .
* Proven technical recruiting skills with soundtrack record.
* Hands-on with active and passive candidate sourcing and pipelining the candidates' pool.
* Good understanding of tax terms, salary requirements, and negotiation skills.
* Understanding of strategies to close varied nature of positions as per client needs.
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Solid understanding of Visas (OPT, H1-B, TN Visa, GC, USC) and knowing which vendors work with particular visa holders
* Gaining market intelligence including an understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
* Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
* A positive, can-do attitude.
