Company: Policy Bazaar Job Title: Associate Sales Consultant Job Type: Inside Sales (Dubai Process) Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Languages Known: English, Gujarati  Eligibility: Any Graduate Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone. 2. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy. 3. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically. 4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. 5. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in both English - Experienced candidates are preferred - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record in sales is preferred. Salary 2.5 - 4 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
