Job Description: Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Actively participate in marketing activities and drive referrals to generate leads and achieve retail target
Vehicle Sales
Actively maintain contact with prospective customers to convert them into buyers and sell the entire MG product portfolio
Regular follow-up on leads allocated through the marketing team, MG centrally
Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable in the customer lounge area and is offered appropriate refreshments
Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy a MG.
Demonstrate the product and facilitate customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the MG portfolio and draw up a complete offer which meets their exact needs and interests
Demonstrate the key highlights of the MG vs competitive products
Guide the customer through the complete decision making process all the way from the offer to the signed contract in a way that ensures meeting of customer preferences as well as those of the dealership and MG
Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has a MG brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to final vehicle delivery and beyond.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix
Drive sales for the dealership by selling profitably and maximizing sale of value added services
