Job Description

• Greet customers and understand their needs.
• Provide detailed information on available two-wheelers.
• Conduct test rides and guide customers on product features.
• Process sales paperwork and ensure timely follow-up.
• Engage with customers, explain features of various two-wheelers, handle negotiations, close sales, and meet sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, manage after-sales service, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with financing options, manage documentation, liaise with banks and financial institutions, and ensure loan processing.
