Sales Executive

Job Description

Roles and Responsibility -

·       Responsible for acquiring credit card relationship business from open market as well as from existing relationship of the bank

·       Taking complete ownership of the sales funnel from sourcing application to dispatching cards including follow up with ops, credit, risk & other support functions.

·       Ensuring proper processing of applications and timely delivery of the credit cards to the customer

·       Ensuring proper after sales service by maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts

·       Closing the customer complaints within stipulated TAT

·       Keep up-to-date knowledge on products, policy and competition

·       Following and adhering to the strict KYC norms set for the team.

·       Being disciplined & adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
