Sales Manager . Key Accounts

Job Description

The Dealership Sales Manager- Key Accounts will be in charge of developing key account business (Corporates and Large Scale Contractors) in Telangana for SANY Excavators and Graders. You will work in a high-performing team consisting of senior representatives from the OEM (SANY Heavy Industry) and the dealership (Madhura Engineering).
 

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the Key Accounts Sales Strategy and Plan in alignment with the annual goals as defined by the OEM
• Develop strong relationships with enablers and decision-makers of the top construction and infrastructure companies in Telangana and Rayalaseema
• Keep track of upcoming infrastructure projects and identify business opportunities
• Understand customer needs and requirements, participate in deals and negotiate successful business outcomes
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service, in coordination with Key Accounts Service Teams

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Is familiar with the Construction Equipment industry (Preferably Excavators)
• Has 5+ years of experience in Key Account/B2B roles dealing with infrastructure and construction companies
• Has a hands-on approach to work and is a go-getter
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and good skills in English
• Is comfortable with calculating viability and has good analytical skills

The role is based out of Hyderabad, Telangana and it is necessary that candidates have past experience working in the Construction and Infrastructure sector in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
