Sales Support Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Management and Updation of Database.
• Manage and update our database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and clean up data as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve the database and make recommendations to the sales team.
• Pre-Sales Support.
• Provide pre-sales support to the front-end sales team members by sharing relevant materials like sample reports, sales collaterals, and demo links.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Answer basic questions about our products and services.
• Client Mapping.
• Assist the front-end sales team members in mapping client accounts.
• Identify new contacts within existing accounts.
• Help the sales team to understand the client's needs and requirements.
• Compile a list of leads from various sources
• Track the next steps with the sales team members.
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies to convert leads into customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of experience in sales support or related field
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
