Job Description

Hiring for the trading company for the position of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage Demat accounts for new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and provide personalized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Actively engage with clients to identify opportunities for additional products or services.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on investment strategies, market trends, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and services.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Demat account opening and client management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage client relationships.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in complex client scenarios.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
