Job Description

Role : Senior Specialist - Training

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings - Needs to be flexible (Region wise alignment)

With our eyes set on the future, we are looking for an energetic, outcome-oriented Senior Specialist - Training who would be responsible for conducting training/refresher sessions for the NHT and tenured agents.

Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?

Deliver training sessions to new hires / tenured reps effectively.

Stay current in product and process updates, launches, best practices, tools, and applications.

Maintain accurate training records.

Evaluate trainee performance

Report on the progress of assigned projects.

Proficient in using Spreadsheets, Documents as well as applications to produce presentations.

Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies

Knowledge of Digital marketing concepts and awareness about different marketing platforms & advertising strategies

Awareness about content design and effective Campaign Management

Exceptional communication skills & Interpersonal skills

Analytical Skills & Logical reasoning

Coaching

Data driven decision making

Proactive approach

Resource Management

Result driven approach

Qualifications:

5-8 years of overall relevant experience 

Degree in Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication/Marketing

Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)

Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts

Available to work 40 hours per week
