JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a a Business Development Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation: Tele sales executives are responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various sources, including databases, customer referrals, and online research.
2.Cold Calling: They engage in cold calling to initiate conversations with prospective clients, introducing products or services and gauging interest.
3.Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the company's offerings is crucial. Tele sales executives must communicate features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to persuade potential customers.
4.Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers is essential. Tele sales executives follow up on inquiries and provide ongoing support to foster loyalty.
5.Sales Strategy Implementation: Executives adhere to strategic sales plans set by the management team, implementing techniques and processes aimed at achieving sales targets.
6.Handling Objections: They must skilfully address concerns and objections raised by customers, employing persuasive communication techniques to convert doubts into sales.
7.Reporting and Feedback: Tele sales executives are responsible for documenting their calls and reporting outcomes to management, providing insights that can influence future marketing and sales strategies.
8.Target Achievement: They consistently strive to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company.
Requirements:
1. Education: Any Graduate /Post graduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in the exhibitions and events industry.
3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
4. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the exhibitions and events industry, including sponsorship trends and best practices.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
