Looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager

Summary:

A modern midscale hotel located in the heart of Angeles City, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for daily sales and will be the overall in charge in driving the hotel revenue

Responsibilities:

• Create effective sales program by working with advertising agencies and other online platforms to increase brand awareness of the hotel

• Monitor current market trend and competition

• Develop rate by strictly analyzing data of competition and demand analysis

• Monitor occupancy on daily basis and develop programs to increase the occupancy rate

• Approach corporate clients and develop new business accounts

• Prepare sales proposals for clients

• Create a strong awareness and brand reputation of the hotel in the locality

Qualifications:

• Proven success within the sales/ marketing/ hospitality profession

• 3-5 Years’ experience in the hotel industry

• Must have valid Driving License

• Must have dynamic leadership trait, possess excellent communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Manager or any related major

Others: Salary will be as per experience.
