Salesforce Administrator and Developer

Job Description

·  At least 8+ years of Telecom Industry Experience

·  Involved in the Implementation of OSS/ BSS (CRM, Billing, OM, Product Catalog) solutions at operators

·  Experience in Telecom OSS/BSS and EPC, CPQ, CLM

·  Experience in working on SFI Communication Cloud modules (EPC, CPQ, ESM, and Digital Commerce)

·  Able to evaluate the long-term impact of implementing a capability - Any conflict or limitations, impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades

·  Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform

·  You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations for Telecom and/or Media clients

·  You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground

·  You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members

·  You’ll have the vision to help us take our company to the next level

Technical Skills

·  Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)

· Hands-on experience in SFI Communication Cloud modules like EPC, CPQ, ESM and Digital Commerce

·  Data modeling

·  Systems analysis and design
